As the CFO, he ensures that every project is financially viable and profitable for all stakeholders. With extensive expertise in real estate finance and development both locally and internationally, he excels in managing budgets and financial planning with meticulous attention to detail. His strategic oversight keeps all financial aspects on track, contributing to the overall success and sustainability of the company.
With over 15 years of construction industry experience, Engr. Manimtim oversees project controls, contract administration, cost management, and project governance. He leads efforts in planning, budget monitoring, commercial management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
With over 22 years of experience, the overall head of the MEPF Department oversees the Operations, QAQC, PCG, and Testing and Commissioning teams. Responsibilities include reviewing plans, supervising activities, managing schedules, resolving site issues, and ensuring compliance with ISO and safety standards. Leads document preparation, provides technical support, and manages resources to maintain efficiency and quality while coordinating with clients and consultants.
